Trans Awareness Memphis is a Transgender and Gender non-conforming program. The purpose of "T-Aware" is to provide educational services, resourceful programming, peer to peer social groups, for to address identified needs within the Transgender and GNC community, including but not limited to support groups for trans women of color with clinical mental health resources.
